The Basics

Most items ship out the same business day if ordered by 3PM EST. (M-F excluding holidays). If orders with engraving or customization require 3-5 business days to process before shipping.

Domestic Shipping Options - We offer free shipping for all orders over US$99.

  • Arrival: 5-14 Business days upon receive your order and payment.

 

International Shipping – All international orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/Aramex/DHL parcel/eCommerce.

 

Additional International Shipping Informations

  • The cost at checkout includes the delivery service and brokerage fee only. Your importing country may charge an import duty/VAT fee on top of the price of the order and shipping.
  • These charges are beyond our control and can not be reimbursed.
  • International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

 

The Fine Print

  • If any of the items on your order are backordered, you will be contacted via email within 1 business day to notify you.
  • A physical delivery address is required for all expedited shipping options. Any address changes with DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/Aramex will be subject to a $12-20 fee.
  • DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/Aramex/DHL parcel/eCommerce may impose an additional (COD) fee for remote delivery areas. This is not included in the shipping amount listed on our site, and is beyond our control.
  • Please note that delays due to inclement weather are a possibility, and that while we may process orders on National Holidays they may not be picked up by the carrier the same business day. Please allow a 1-3 business day delay.
  • In instances of a delay in payment, such as an E-Check through PayPal, your order will be held until payment is complete.
  • Please note that we use DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/Aramex/DHL parcel/eCommerce as our expedited shipping carriers, and some of them do not currently offer PO Box deliveries. If you have selected expedited shipping, you will need to provide a street address before the package is shipped, or fees may be incurred.
